CONTACT (REQUEST/INQUIRY)

GENERAL

  • All commissions are digital products. The files will be delivered through Google Drive.

  • Upon the completion of the request, the client will receive .jpg and .png files. Some .png files will have transparent backgrounds, depending on the commission type. The client may request for a merged .psd file.

  • Accepted payment methods: 1. Bank Transfer (Local/Thailand) 2. PayPal Payment (additional fees applied)

  • The prices listed on the commission page are for personal use only. For commercial usage, please inform me before ordering.

  • There may be additional charges for detailed characters/backgrounds and/or urgent deadlines.

  • The client is welcome to provide detailed briefs for their requests or choose omakase/skeb styles (no extra fee charged).

  • Each request takes around 4 to 8 weeks of completion. If the client has a fixed deadline, please inform me upon ordering. Emote/Icon commissions may take less time to complete.

  • I own full rights to the artwork.

  • I maintain the right to include commissioned pieces in my portfolio showcase.

WORK POLICY

  • PAYMENT: Payment will be made upon the completion of the commission. Please pay within 1 week after receiving the invoice. Nonetheless, the client may request a late payment.

  • REVISIONS: For briefed commissions, two revisions are available: the first after the client has received the first draft and the second before finalizing the request. For omakase/skeb-styled commissions, one revision is available before finalizing the request.

  • REFUNDS: Refunds are not available. Orders can only be canceled before the work has been started.

  • RIGHTS: Using commissions for non-fungible tokens (NFTs) and AI purposes is strictly forbidden.
